Dear Diary: against the AI-slop

Why every Crypto Diary NFT is still drawn by hand — and why that matters more in 2026, not less.
Dear Crypto Diary,
Everyone keeps telling me to scale. Pump out a thousand pieces a week. Let the model do the heavy lifting. And every time, I look down at my desk — pen, paper, three neon markers, a half-finished candle chart — and I think, no.
The whole point of the Crypto Diary is that it's a record. A human record, of a human watching crypto happen in real time. XRP pumping, the XRPL upgrading, NFTs cycling between dead and reborn every six weeks. If a machine writes the diary, it's not a diary anymore. It's noise.
So every page is still ballpoint first, neon marker second, scanned, then minted on xrp.cafe as a one-of-one. Slow on purpose. Real on purpose.
If you believe art on the blockchain should still be made by people, you're already part of this. Mission: become the biggest, most recognised NFT collection in the world — without ever touching the slop.
